For a discerning shopper the Boxing Day sales can be a great time to buy. Especially homewares and furniture. Certainly, there are clients who wait for this time to engage my services to take advantage of the Boxing Day sales. So, I thought I would share with you my designer selections from the Boxing Day sales, handpicked, carefully selected items currently on sale that I think represent good value.
My favourite pieces
This item is the Amanda 3 Seater Sofabed. It was $550 and is now $470. I love this piece because it’s functional and beautiful. I used it recently in my earthy Scandinavian guest room buyable inspo board but I think it will work well in small spaces such as apartments as well.
Another item I loved using in my buyable inspo boards this year, especially the Scandinavian and Luxe styled boards was this goats hair cushion. Currently on sale for $98.06 down from $108.95. It adds a beautiful textural element and comes in a range of great colours.
The Bosko Armchair looked stunning in a Mid-Century Modern buyable inspo board I created this year. Currently $988.55 from $1009. It also comes in a range of colours, including a neutral grey.
My favourite rug this year was a jute rug. Perfect for Scandinanivan, Coastal and French styles. I love the natural material and texture. Currently $1172.15 from $1379.
My favourite linen bedding retailer, Bed Threads, also have a 20% off sale use the code DREAMBIG. All my clients love this bedding. It’s luxurious, natural and a pleasure to sleep in. The throws from Bed Threads are also devine.
