Designer Selected Christmas Gift Guide

Designer Selected Christmas Gift Guide

For the first time ever, I thought I’d personally select some Christmas gift ideas for you.  Hopefully, making your Christmas shopping easier and your gift giving more joyous.

Throughout the year I’m constantly looking for the perfect piece for my clients so here are my favourite finds.

Chunky Knit Throw

A chunky knit throw is both the height of comfy and classic.  This neutral colour suits most living room sofas and can easily be used in a bedroom as well.  This gift will be loved for a long time to come.

Abstract Art-The Great Ocean Road

This piece of art is from an artist called Ani Inpradjian,  I love her work it’s really versatile.  Perfect for someone who loves abstract or geometric shapes or the colour blue and I can see this in a beach house.

Scandi Inspired Salt ‘n’ Pepper Grinders

These salt n pepper grinders are simple and striking.  I love the timber material, and the interesting shape.  Perfect for anyone who loves statement pieces in their kitchen or dining table.

homewares

Natural Jute Basket

I was a big fan of jute this year and included jute pieces in many of my inspo boards.  This basket is gorgeous.  I see it next to a coffee table with a throw or in a corner of a bedroom or living room with a plant.

home decor

Linen Placemats

Admittedly, it’s not often in our busy casual lives that we use placemats, let alone special linen placemats, but these make a super special gift for anyone who loves to entertain.  They come in a range of colours too.

home wares

Mayan Candle

This is kind of like a fusion candle piece.  Fusing boho tribal style with industrial style with the use of cement.  I love it and can easily see the candle holder being used for cut flowers when the candle burns out.

Pink Marble Trivet

Anything marble is just a luxury.  I recently bought a marble soap dish so I’m fairly certain this piece will be received with great joy.  You can use this trivet for hot pans but also as a cheese board.

interior styling

Black & White Sketch Vase

I’ve seen this sketch, line style in many prints this year so I like the use of it in this vase.  I like that a vase can be interesting in this way.  It’s functional, sculptural, a piece of art that holds flowers.

home decor

I really hope I’ve made your Christmas shopping a little easier this year.

These pieces were selected because they’re special, either for their aesthetic design value, or the materials used and I think many people would love to receive them.  I certainly would ;). Any questions let me know.

All the best always and lots of festive love this Christmas.
