Best black decor and homewares

Technically black is a shade not a colour, either way I love it.  I have lost count of how many black dresses I have.  My black jeans are my staple.  In my home, I have a black bed, black linen, black plates, black photo frames, well you get the picture. Black decor and homewares feature heavily in my home.

So it was a pleasure putting together this post on beautiful black décor and homewares you can easily introduce into your space.

Black Mariese Goat Fur Cushion

This cushion comes in a range of colours.  I used both the pink version in one of my industrial furniture packages and a white one in a Scandinavian furniture package.  A client of mine recently bought the black breakfast cushion.  It’s super versatile across styles, lovely texture and so luxurious.

Hakan Vessel Ceramic White Amalfi

I love ceramic as an earthy, warm element in a space.  In this piece I love the organic, sculptural shape and how it’s kind of like a piece of art.  Imagine this piece with either artificial orchids in a Luxe styled space or some sea grass for a more Coastal style space.

Boyd Wall Mirror Wood Satin Black

I think this is a classic piece that would work well in both a monochrome Hamptons styled space or even a French Provincial styled space.  It makes a stunning statement.

Kade Table Lamp

This little cutey table lamp just says so much even though it’s minimal.  I love the curved line in the base which works well with the exposed smokey round lamp.  Works well in an Industrial style space and I can also see it working in a Scandinavian inspired space.

These black decor and homewares are simple, striking and flexible. They’re ideal in any home and I’m sure you will enjoy one or all of these pieces in your own space.
